- We usually pick up your laundry in the morning or night and then deliver it back at the same time the next day. This service for the one time customer will be not available because of weather condition(under -10 °C) in the winter.

- We are sorry that there is no phone service for new customers about the pickup and delivery services.
- There are two types of detergents for your choice( one is Tida Original, another is Kirkland free & gentle/unscented). Or you can use your specified detergent.
- You can use your laundry bag or normal plastic bag.
- There is a hand-dry process for the laundry for repeated orders.
